6A. Product Description
SA-KARU will endeavor to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current and error-free. In addition, since each piece of natural stone products is unique, it is difficult to unify the appearance. One or more pieces will be randomly selected for shooting. We will try our best to maintain the integrity of the appearance of the product, and customers cannot choose each piece.

6B. Natural blemishes
Since it is a natural stone, the color and crystal of each bead cannot be the same, and there will be flaws such as ice cracks, cotton wool, uneven size, mineral shortage, black spots and impurities, etc. Prior to production, the quality of the beads has been screened first. Customers Can not be selected per piece or per string.

6C. Bead size deviation
There will be a slight deviation in the size of each batch of beads, which may be 0.1-0.8mm.

6D. Color difference problem
The product will try to present the real object in the shooting, but due to factors such as shooting light and screen equipment, there may be a slight deviation between the picture and the real object.

7. Price
The prices indicated on this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Barring an obvious error, acceptance of your order constitutes your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all prices displayed on this site are accurate, all prices cannot be guaranteed to be correct and we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover that any product you have ordered is incorrectly priced, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation order.
If your credit card is not a Hong Kong dollar credit card, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.

8. Payment method
This website accepts customers to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club credit cards.
If you use the above credit card and online payment methods, it means that you confirm that you are the holder of the credit card/debit card account, or you are authorized to use it by the holder. We will not be responsible for any delay or stoppage of delivery if your credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to SA-KARU.

9. Acceptance of order
When you enter your personal details, payment details and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt of the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the order. Your order will be deemed accepted when we send you an email confirming that the item has been dispatched. SA-KARU reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:
An item you ordered is out of stock; or is being withdrawn because it fails to meet our quality standards; or because one or all of the ordered items violate delivery restrictions; we find an error in the price or product description; we are unable to obtain payment authorized; or you are not eligible to purchase as set out in the Terms of Service.
If there is any problem with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France
