Refund policy
• If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can contact us to arrange return within seven days after receiving the product. The returned product must be new, that is, unopened, unused and damaged, while maintaining the complete condition you received, including but not limited to retaining all packaging, accessories, gifts and complete labels of the product.
• After our confirmation, the product can be sent back completely. Please package the mail properly to avoid damage to the returned product during transportation.
• Once we receive your returned goods, after checking that the goods are intact, someone will notify you, and the refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process the refund.
• Shipping costs and risks arising from returns and exchanges shall be borne by your customer.
